the reception staff were always helpful. i found room 114 to be a good choice as it included a spa bath. i enjoyed the four poster bed, and the room was surprisingly warm (i appreciated that). the lobby areas were clean and tidy.
i noticed some traffic noise at night, since my room was on the road side.

the health suite looked excellent, and the leisure facilities were decent. the pool, sauna, gym, and turkish bath were all available to guests. i saw that there was also a bar area serving beer, wine, tea, and coffee.

staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was fine, included a satisfactory range of options. i found the shower excellent. i did not get to use all facilities because of a busy schedule, a shame.
the pool wasnt very clean, and the bedding did not fit the bed properly. also, the curtains were too small for the window. the decor seemed a bit dated.

the hotel was very clean. the staff were always friendly and helpful. i found parking available at a fair price. i will consider this hotel again for future visits.
i noticed some traffic noise since the hotel is on a main road near a junction, also near a pub, so there was some noise of people and music.

the location is central. it is literally a five-minute walk into the town center. i used the gym and pool (i skipped the sauna).
the bar did not open until 5:30 pm. it was quicker to take the stairs to the third floor.

The breakfast offered a great choice of items. I enjoyed the full English. The hotel includes a pool, steam room, and sauna. All were very clean. The gym had good equipment. I definitely recommend this hotel.
My room faced the main road, and it was very noisy. The large windows would constantly knock due to the wind. the room temperature was too hot.
